We need a 3PL partner in China for about 612 pallets per month in and out. Prepare the RFQ, collect at least 5 offers and normalise them.

RFQ pack, offer comparison on one cost basis, shortlist with pros and cons.

Acceptance criteria

• All costs on a per pallet basis
