We have 5 containers arriving at Venlo. Track free time per box, warn us before charges start and challenge wrong D&D invoices. Bonus for every invoice reduced.

Deliverable

Daily status sheet per container, alerts 48 hours before free time ends, dispute letters where needed.

Acceptance criteria

• Alert sent at least 48 hours before free time ends
• Each dispute backed by tracking events

Success metric

D&D paid versus last quarter

Plus a success bonus agreed in the contract
