Deduplicate and geocode 8,646 consignee addresses

Brief

Our shipment export has 8,646 rows with mixed port names, carrier names and dates. Normalise to UN/LOCODE, SCAC and ISO dates, remove duplicates.

Deliverable

Clean file plus a change log.

Acceptance criteria

• Ports mapped to UN/LOCODE
• Zero duplicate shipment IDs
