We run a warehouse in Istanbul (Turkey). Need a layout that cuts travel time for pickers and fits about 5,372 pallet positions.

Deliverable

CAD or PDF layout, racking list, flow diagram, short capacity calculation.

Acceptance criteria

• Fits the building drawing we provide
• Pallet positions within 5% of target
